Abstract

Diezdedos is an extra virgin olive oil brand internationally recognized for the exceptional quality of its products. Rooted in its unique estate cultivating five distinct olive varieties, Diezdedos produces its oils by combining artisanal practices with excellence, highlighting the cultural value of olive oil in the Mediterranean diet.

The challenge

To reflect the superior quality and unique properties of its new product ESENCIA, a coupage blending the five estate varieties. The challenge was to create a visual identity and packaging worthy of this premium product, emphasizing its connection to the land, culture, and exclusivity.

Product Identity

We designed a visual identity and packaging for ESENCIA that merges elements from the aesthetic of Diezdedos’ varietal labels with the sophistication of its premium line, PAGO Diezdedos. Drawing inspiration from premium liquor branding, we crafted a minimalist yet luxurious label, featuring embossed and gold finishes to highlight the oil’s value. The bottle exudes elegance and exclusivity, positioning the product in the luxury sector while retaining its artisanal authenticity.

The launch of ESENCIA allowed Diezdedos to strengthen its position in the premium market and highlight olive oil as a cultural, healthy luxury item. The combination of design, strategic communication, and value alignment consolidated the brand’s identity as a benchmark of excellence in the extra virgin olive oil sector.

Product Identity

The website, social media, and e‑commerce designed for the brand reflect austerity, modernity, and luxury, with a visual narrative linking the estate’s tradition with contemporary innovation and design.
