Abstract
The challenge
To review the corporate identity to make it a true reflection of the experience offered by their establishments. The diversity of their hotels, each with its own personality, needed to be united under a single brand narrative that conveyed core values: well-being, personalized attention, quality service, and hospitality.


Graphic identity normalization
One of the project’s pillars was standardizing the graphic identity to allow coordinated and consistent application across all touchpoints. In a hospitality environment with multiple touchpoints—from stationery to signage, menus, amenities, and digital elements—it was crucial to define a strong, clear visual line.
Each application was designed to convey the same sense of care and professionalism that guests experience from the staff, creating a uniform, fluid, and welcoming experience.
The new identity not only reinforces the group’s positioning but also accompanies the guest at every detail—from reception welcome to the restaurant menu—building trust and comfort.

A brand that enhances the experience
The intervention goes beyond aesthetics: it aims to improve the guest experience through functionality, visual clarity, and emotional warmth. Every graphic piece and communication support is designed to inform, guide, and care for the visitor, reinforcing perceived quality and emotional connection to the brand. The new identity of Marsol Hotels acts as a thread that unites all moments of the journey, making guests feel supported every step of the way.
