Abstract

Marsol Hotels is a hotel group located on the Catalan coast, synonymous with well-being, personalized service, and quality. Its hotels welcome visitors from all over the world with personalized attention and an authentic Mediterranean experience. At MC Advertising, we worked on redefining their visual and strategic identity to align the brand with the experience offered by their establishments. The goal: to connect brand, spaces, and emotions with coherence, sensitivity, and warmth.

The challenge

Review the corporate identity to ensure it accurately reflects the experience offered by its establishments. The diversity of its hotels, each with its own personality, needed to be linked under a single brand narrative that conveyed its core values: well-being, personalized attention, quality service, and hospitality.

Graphic identity normalization

One of the project’s cornerstones was the standardization of the graphic identity to allow for coordinated and consistent application across all touchpoints. In an environment like the hotel industry, where multiple media coexist—from stationery to signage, including menus, amenities, and digital elements—it was essential to define a solid and clear visual style.

Each application had to convey the same sense of care and professionalism that the customer perceives in the attention of the staff, thus generating a uniform, fluid and welcoming experience.

The new identity not only reinforces the group’s positioning, but also accompanies the customer in every detail, from the welcome at reception to the restaurant menu, generating trust and comfort.
